About North Lewisburg, OH - Happy to be your hometown Heating & Air Conditioning Contractor!

North Lewisburg is a small village found in Champaign County, Ohio. The community consists of 1.15 square miles of total area and is home to approximately 1,500 residents. This historic village was first founded in 1826 but wasn’t incorporated until 1844. The North Lewisburg post office was founded the following year in 1845. North Lewisburg and its surrounding communities are served by the area Triad Local School District.

North Lewisburg is a small community, so there are very few notable areas of interest located here, with the exception of some specialty shops like Sycamore Market and Craig’s Gun Shop. However, the convenient location of North Lewisburg near other communities provides for several recreational opportunities. Several golf courses are located in nearby Marysville, including Buck Ridge Golf Course, Darby Creek Golf Course, and the Marysville Golf Club. The Ohio Caverns are located in West Liberty, while the Johnny Appleseed Museum is found in nearby Urbana.

Climate control systems are a necessity for living comfortably in North Lewisburg. In the winter, high temperatures may only reach the mid-80s, but lows tend to fall into the low-20s. Snowfall is variable, but even without precipitation, dangerous weather conditions can exist. Without a heat pump or furnace to keep interior conditions at a consistently warm temperature, dangerously cold temperatures could cause interior plumbing or pipes to freeze. By having home heating systems serviced in the fall, residents can prevent an expensive problem before it occurs.

Summers in North Lewisburg tend to be hot and humid. Average high temperatures in July will reach the mid-80s, but highs in the 90s are not uncommon. Muggy conditions can make it feel even warmer, and this time period can be a real challenge for people who suffer from seasonal allergies. A reliable air conditioning unit can help with all of these issues, improving indoor air quality while also stabilizing temperatures to a comfortable level.
